Who we are
Terri and the team
We started the summer after Covid, five years ago. Terri founded us with her friend Janey. Janey does the Clean, an hour here, two there. Terri does the Care.
Today there are nine of us — eight ladies and a gent. We take your call, come out to meet you, and take it from there.

Our founder. More than 30 years' experience in the NHS and Adult Social Care, in housekeeping and support. DBS checked and insured.

Pricing
One flat rate, every day
One flat rate, whoever comes and whatever the day — the same £22 minimum at eight in the morning and at nine at night.

£22 is the visit, not the clock
Every visit is a £22 minimum, and that covers up to a full hour. A welfare check or a medication visit might only take twenty minutes — it’s still £22.
One flat rate from 8am to 10pm, every day of the year. No evening, weekend or bank-holiday uplift. We do not take payments directly from the council.
